Dancers, if you are interested in setting choreography on a group of dancers for the Spring Concert please read the following and email the director if you would like to make an appointment. You can audition your movement on yourself! You do not need a group of dancers for the appointment.
Audition/Interview of Student Choreography for the Spring Student Dance Concert will take place Friday January 27th starting at 9:00 AM.
Audition/Interviews will take place every 15 minutes.
1) Make an appointment with Concert Director Mary Jo Horvath

2) Prepare 1:30 minutes of choreography and present it to the committee to your selected music.
3) Discuss your ideas, costumes and intent of your choreography.
Selected student choreographers will be notified the evening of Friday, January 27th.
Selected student choreographers will be assigned a rehearsal time and will audition for dancers during their assigned rehearsal time the week of February 6th through February 10th. Selected choreographers will then need to advertise their audition.
Student choreography will go through a second audition during the eighth week of rehearsal during their regular rehearsal time the week of March 26th through March 30th.
Concert dates are May 3, 4 & 5 of 2012.
